Kew Cliff

Kew Cliff is a semi-waterfront luxury property in West Vancouver with breathtaking 180-degree ocean and mountain views facing Bowen Island.

For this residential project, we worked closely with the homeowner and designer to devise installation solutions for very particular design concepts. Interior glass railings were installed to seamlessly emerge from the hardwood floor, and two black-glass Starphire floor to ceiling fireplace walls were designed and constructed to serve both aesthetic and thermal specifications.

 

As this was a renovation and not a new build, we had to carefully navigate various access challenges. Our work brought new light and dimension to the home with the installation of skylights, bathroom vanity mirrors, mirror walls, transom windows over patio doors, kitchen mirror backsplashes, and wine and shower enclosures.
