Custom Homes
At Clearstone, we recognize that glass installation in a custom home is about more than just glass. It’s about providing the client with satisfaction in a process and product that is personal to them. Whether it’s with windows, large mirrors, shower enclosures, railings, or display cases and shelves, we want homeowners to see themselves in and through our work — both literally and figuratively!

This is why we’re keen to enter the process right from the beginning, to help homeowners envision what is possible.
Residential projects typically follow this process:
1
Concept, Codes,
and Cost
Working with designers, architects, and general contractors, we turn ideas into plans, helping our customer understand what is possible — physically, budget-wise, and according to regulations and building codes. A quote for our work is provided after the plan is in place.
2
Preparation and
Pre-construction
We work with the customer and general contractor to determine a timeline for the project. We then consult and work with the other trades to ensure that any pre-construction related to our installation is completed with precision.
3
Measurements and
Fabrication
When pre-construction is completed, we do our measurements to ensure that glass fabrication is done to the site’s specifications. We ensure the fabrications are completed accurately and on time.
4
Installation
Glazing is often one of the last tasks in a residential build. We work with efficiency and with respect for the needs of the general contractor and for the client as they prepare to move in.
5
Customer Care
We follow-up with customers about care for the glass and any concerns they have about ongoing maintenance.

Commitment to Quality
At every step in the process, we do our own quality control, aiming to exceed the already-high standards of those we work for and with. When our installation is done we check every aspect of the work and do a full clean-up before inspection.
