With two decades of glass work experience, both as an entrepreneur and employee, Trevor Howe knows the ins and outs of the industry and of projects small to big. He founded Clearstone, a glazing contractor serving Greater Vancouver, in 2017 with a commitment to combine technical excellence and relational attentiveness. This means having knowledge not just of processes, specifications, and legalities, but also about how to best serve his clients and empower his employees.
The result of this commitment has been the cultivation of long-standing relationships with clients, a staff team that’s as passionate about the work as Trevor is, and countless installations of beautiful glass across southern British Columbia: Clearstone.

Trevor Howe
As the founder of this small but awesome company, Trevor loves to work hands-on alongside his most excellent crew and closely with his customers. Trevor has over 40,000+ hours of experience in all facets of the glazing industry. His best day at work has challenge, comradery, and a very impressed client.
Leif H
Leif is an apprentice glazier, occasionally a lead hand, and the son of Trevor – a triple threat! In the industry for four years and counting, Leif has experience leading a crew and with many types of glazing systems, including window walls, showers, and railings. He enjoys thinking of innovative solutions for any challenge he encounters.
Humberto M
Hardworking Humberto shows up to each day and each new project with completion in mind. As a team we decide on the day's plan of execution, then give this man some space to work. He'll be moving fast and making things happen at an incredible speed. Humberto works on our installation team for custom residential glass and large commercial projects.
Luba K
Luba has 20 years of experience working in customer service and operations. Her role involves helping making the day to day operations seamless and taking care of many of the administrative tasks.
